  • This main restaurant of the museum, will offer to visitors and walk-in guests a casual fine dining experience in a friendly and outgoing atmosphere.
  • Dressed in a lively design and furnishing, the restaurant will become a destination for its great atmosphere and simple quality dining.
  • 100% vegan menu to be the core of the first menu
  • International menu with a local touch will be the core of the second menu
  • Show cooking counters, bar snacking, and regular table service must be facilitated by the restaurant interior design.
  • Indoor and outdoor seating will offer different levels of comfort and privacy due to the large variety of guests (locals, expats, visitors, families).
  • The restaurant will be offering 2 concepts for lunch and dinner.
  • On table service of food and beverages, with higher average check positioning and fine service compared to the café.
