Concept Guidelines

High end modern interpretation of traditional Qatari cuisine preserving its key aspects (Arabic hospitality, culinary heritage, honoring guests, dining sequences, meal structure, and shared generous dishes).

Cuisine will boast creations strongly inspired by the Qatari food culture, plated and served in contemporary manner.

Chic service and buzzing atmosphere in a restaurant welcoming 70-100 seats indoor and more than 90 seats on the terrace.

The dining room has a high level of flexibility (square tables) and offer different seating options to the guests. Part of the restaurant can have fixed furniture/seating, however the space and table setting must ease the operation of functions/banqueting.

Majlis concept - waiting area, this area will welcome guests at the beginning and end of their culinary experience

Banquet/Function mode - to be capable of seating between 300-350 people.

6-8 Waiter Stations; External Waiter stations to be moveable.

Special features

  • Arabic tea station at the reception; Arabic coffee will be served upon arrival
       together with complimentary dates.
  • Counter Service area that serves both the dining room and outside terrace as a “main design element”
