HUMAN CAPITAL INTERNSHIP Programme
Period of Internship/Hours:
University students majoring in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology or recent graduates or professionals with a background in HR.
Description of the role
The Intern will get exposure to the full Human Capital cycle to understand the relationship between the organisational goals and people development, and the methods and interventions used to engage and retain employees.
• Introduction to workforce planning and recruitment processes, employee welfare schemes and learning and development interventions available for employees
• An understanding of how to create job descriptions, conduct data analysis and be involved in general HR administration practices.
• An overview of the Induction and Onboarding programs offered to the new joiners, and the learning and development resources available to employees when they join the organization.
Internship duties will be carried out on QM premises.
