Brief description of the work to be conducted    

During the internship period over the course of 3 months you will be working to establish and maintain good-natured, cooperative relationships with the news media, consumers, the government, local communities and other public-interest groups. 

Period of Internship/Hours:    3 months 20 hours a week (4 hours per day)

Digital & Marketing Intern

Brief description of the work to be conducted

• Assisting Digital Marketing coordinator in tasks including:
Content creation, activities coverage and preparation, documentation

Period of Internship/Hours:    80 hours
Qualifications/ Requirements:    Knowledge in use of social media and digital


QHSE Engr.

Department/Museum:  Facilities Management Department
Section/Unit:  QHSE Section
Location:    MIA / Fire station / Auxiliary
Brief description of the work to be conducted    

Teach how to develop and implement QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.

• Teach how to communicate information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness.
• Teach how to support the organization on QHSE matters as the primary point of contact.
Teach how to provide quality management, QHSE and Project management training to employees.
• Teach how to participate in tender and project teams as the QHSE Expert.
• To review and assess requests for pre-qualification or tender, and compiles required documentation in preparation for project deliverables
• Awareness of Toolbox talk, importance of OSHAS/EMS/IMS
• Teach how to prepare and maintains required HSE records and reports.
• Teach how to coordinates and executes HSE inspections 
• Teach how to conduct investigations, internal audits and analyses of report findings to management on Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis.
• Awareness of IMS and implementation.
• Actual Risk Assessment as per ISO 45001/9001/14001  

Period of Internship/Hours:    4 months = 5hrs/day times 120 days = 200 hours • Flexible timing per week except no nightshift

Qualifications/ Requirements:    Bachelor’s in safety /environment/ Engineering Bachelor’s in engineering (mechanical/electrical/civil/industrial)
