Concept Guidelines

A deli-bistro type of outlet, offering accessible and healthy food of excellent quality, in a “casual-chic” environment welcoming not less than 120 guests.

A rapid service with take away and simple table dining options. Opening hours to follow the opening schedule of the museum.

A fixed menu with daily specials, as well as bakery items. The type of cuisine will be of international standards, with strong Qatari regional influences and focus on low-calorie, healthy eating.

The freshly made items will be pre-prepared in the main production kitchen and sold throughout the day. A selection of international fresh ground coffees, variety of teas and selection of soft beverages will also be available in this outlet.

Kids meals for school visits to be provided.
