Idam launches special menu for Ramadan
Alain Ducasse and Idam Executive Chef Frederic Larquemin present a Ramadan experience menu of delicate creations, a tribute to nature and the Arab traditions of hospitality and generosity. The special menu includes mezze selections, plates to share, main courses and dessert.
From delicate coco bean soup, ‘harira’, and bissara-style fava bean falafel, to Ducasse's Cookpot of freekeh 'Kabssa’ or wild hammour pepper-citrus, hindbeh, your taste buds will be tantalizing! Top it of with local date soufflé or laban sorbet bursting with sweetness!
Idam is open during Ramadan from 28 June to 12 July 2014 (except Tuesdays and Fridays), 8 pm to 11 pm. Ramadan menu including beverages costs QR 480 per person. Booking is advised.
